Production Worker – Trailer ManufacturingWe are hiring dependable, safety-focused Production Workers to join our trailer manufacturing team. This position will be assigned to one of our production departments (Wood, Skin, Prep, Wire, Paint, or Undercoat) and plays an important role in building high-quality trailers.If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoDepending on department assignment, responsibilities may include:Cut and install plywood for floors, walls, and doorsInstall aluminum sheets, trim, fenders, tapes, caulking, and decalsWire trailers and hook up/test lightingPrep, grind, clean, paint, and undercoat trailersOperate hand tools, saws, grinders, torches, spray equipment, and other production toolsMove trailers using shop equipment (Kubota/hoist as needed)Maintain quality standards and meet production goalsKeep work areas clean and safeWhat We're Looking ForAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyExperience with hand tools and power tools (manufacturing experience preferred)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periodsCommitment to consistently work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendanceStrong attention to detailTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicCommitment to safetyWork Hours: Monday - Thursday | 7:00am - 5:30pm, Friday | 7:00am - 12:00pmPay Rate: $18/hour - $20/hourBenefits:401(k) with Employer MatchDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceCompany paid life insuranceVision insurancePet insurancePaid Time OffSick payRain Instant pay (Can receive up to $1,000 of the pay you have earned before each pay period)Join a team that takes pride in building quality trailers and values hard work, safety, and teamwork.
