About the CompanyOur client is the AI-native marketing-automation platform for modern software companies, letting growth teams run their entire go-to-market motion — acquisition through retention — in one place, with AI agents handling work that legacy tools can't. It's well-funded (Series A), with a lean, high-performing SF team drawn from marquee consumer-tech and trading companies.

The RoleThe first dedicated creative for an AI-native marketing platform — owning brand, content, launches, events, and community end to end, in person in SF.
Tools: Figma, short-form video production, Airtable.
Requirements- 2–4 years in a growth, content, brand, or product-marketing role at a startup, with clear ownership of creative output
- Demonstrable creative range: can write copy, produce short-form video, and mock up a page in Figma without waiting on a design team
- A portfolio, personal website, or public body of work showing shipped creative
- A strong storytelling instinct — thinks in narratives, not features, and can translate technical detail into compelling messaging
- Based in San Francisco and able to work in person full-time, 5 days a week
- Has gone deep in at least one channel from an execution and aesthetic standpoint, not just strategy
- A portfolio or personal site with strong design sensibility, referencing brands like Linear, Notion, Vercel, or Ramp unprompted
- A LinkedIn profile that reads like a creative's page — curated, aesthetically intentional, not a corporate resume
- Has built something outside of work (newsletter, side project, community, social account)
- Titles that tend to fit: storyteller, content, product marketing, brand, or a product designer moving into growth
- Well-funded, early-stage: a lean, high-performing team in SF
- Total creative ownership: the first dedicated creative hire — owns brand, content, and growth infrastructure end to end with real autonomy
- Elite operators: work alongside team members from marquee consumer-tech and trading companies
- Location — San Francisco, CA
- Work policy — On-site, 5 days/week
