CASAC Counselor

Horizon Health Services is hiring counselors for Mental Health and Addictions roles. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Attending trainings via a learning management system. Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans. Building therapeutic relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds. Participating in weekly one‑on‑ones with supervisors and team meetings. Using evidence‑based practices such as CBT, DBT, and MI to improve patient outcomes. Location Clinics are located throughout Western New York in Erie, Niagara, and Genesee counties. Compensation Base pay ranges from $23.46 to $28.15 per hour, with bonuses up to $9,000 annually. Position Hours Schedule is personalized with the supervisor; clinics run Monday‑Thursday evenings, with at least two evenings per week required. Physical Demands Sitting for extended periods, alternating with standing. Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements. Handling light duties, occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
