accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist for a long-term onsite opportunity in Edenton, NC and surrounding counties . Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Travel Required Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year (inclusive of all benefits) Employment Type: W2 with accel bi corporation Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card Holders Only Local Candidates Only Required Experience 7+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience Required Skills Computer hardware, software, peripherals, networking protocols, and communications Desktop/laptop imaging and deployment Software installation and troubleshooting Printer installation and configuration User profile and data migration Documentation of technical procedures and processes Active Directory, Email, Citrix, and account administration Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to travel to support multiple locations Responsibilities Provide onsite technical and desktop support Install, configure, image, and deploy end-user devices Support printers, peripherals, software, and network connectivity Perform user profile and data migrations Maintain technical documentation and procedures Coordinate with application, network, and infrastructure teams Support security and operational compliance requirements Assist with technical projects and field support activities Important This position requires daily onsite work in Edenton, NC and surrounding counties.
