You will also play an important role in educating patients and families on preventive health and care practices.Our ideal candidate is compassionate, responsible, and able to deliver excellent care with minimal supervision while following health and safety standards consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide effective care and adviceObserve, interpret, and communicate symptoms to physicians and healthcare teamsCollaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plansPerform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, injections, charting, etc.)Administer and adjust medications and treatments per physician's ordersMaintain hygiene and safety standards, including equipment sanitation and patient area preparationProvide urgent medical care in emergency situationsSupervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
