Summary The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports the Store Director by delivering exceptional client service while assisting with store leadership duties. This role balances sales performance with operational responsibilities including opening and closing the store, maintaining merchandising standards, and supporting loss prevention. The Keyholder helps ensure a well-run store and contributes to the team's commercial results.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement

Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with daily store operations

Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory accuracy to minimize shrinkage

Oversee cash register and safe procedures and ensure timely bank deposits

Assist with visual merchandising and implementation of store display standards

Manage store upkeep, fixtures, supplies, and basic maintenance

Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally

Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role, preferably in luxury or department store environments

Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store targets

Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Commercial awareness, business acumen, and a passion for the fashion industry
