$22.00 per hour

Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Lockbourne, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
• Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates, or service
• Resolve client complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong client service, communication, and active listening skills with a quality-focused mindset
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with strong documentation skills
• Freight forwarding knowledge and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of client service experience and a High School Diploma required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
