We believe personal and professional growth are equally as important as business growth and we'll be encouraging it at every step.Plumbing Technicians will be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes installing and repairing sinks, water heaters, toilets, other plumbing fixtures, cleaning drains, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners.Essential Job Functions:Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issuesPerform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issuesAlways explain to the customer what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the workEstablish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customer's needs and wantsInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixturesEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulationsEducate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat businessMaintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outsideWork alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the businessMaintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completedAlways be safety conscious both on the job and while drivingParticipate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreatsTrain and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installationsEssential Job Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Required Qualifications:1+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtrationStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsPlumbing Apprentice License (preferred)Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customersKnowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required toolsService Titan Experience (Preferred)High School Diploma or GEDClean driving recordBasic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document workAbility to speak, read, and write fluently in the English languagePhysical Demands & Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
