Residential ManagerWe provide 24/7 residential care services that allow individuals with disabilities to live in a supportive home environment. Our mission is to help residents meet daily living challenges with dignity, care, and compassion.Position SummaryThe Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, supervising staff, managing finances, and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations (DBHDD, CARF, and other agencies). This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to create a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (required)At least 2 years of group home or residential care experience (preferred)Must be 18 years or older with a valid, unrestricted driver's licenseNegative TB test requiredCompletion of all DBHDD and agency-required training upon hireKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support in-home staff (Direct Care Staff)Ensure staff duties are completed and performance standards are metManage home finances and oversee resident fundsCoordinate residents' weekly schedules, appointments, and activitiesPrepare and manage staff schedulesEnsure staff certifications and training remain currentAct as liaison with DBHDD, day programs, and other service providersMaintain positive communication with residents' familiesEnsure the home environment is safe, clean, and well-maintainedConduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing trainingProcess payroll and manage scheduling software/toolsOversee medication management (supply, administration, documentation)Maintain all required records and documentationRemain on-call 24/7 to support the home and staffPerform other duties as neededSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionWorking ConditionsMajority of work takes place in the home environmentOccasional auto travel requiredNormal schedule: Monday–Friday during business hoursMust be available on-call 24/7Why Join Us?Make a direct impact in the lives of individuals with disabilitiesBe part of a compassionate, supportive, and mission-driven teamOpportunities for ongoing training and professional development
