Remote Purchasing Manager for Renovation Contracts & Vendors

A residential real estate investment company is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee bidding, managing, and negotiating contracts for home renovations. This 100% remote position requires 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and a Bachelor's Degree. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills, excellent computer abilities (especially in Microsoft Office), and an understanding of Spanish is a plus.
