Job Details We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, facility management, Six Sigma, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve issues. Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot equipment issues and oversee equipment maintenance. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Participate in coordinating training programs to increase team skills. Apply the principles of Six Sigma to improve processes and reduce waste. Manage and oversee large-scale industrial maintenance and organization projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field. A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a press break or press stamping environment. Proven experience in planning maintenance operations. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and HVAC systems. Proven experience with various types of manufacturing machinery and tools, including hydraulic and mechanical systems. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Proficiency in using computers and software, such as MS Office, databases, and maintenance management systems. Understanding of budgeting and performance management. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Six Sigma certification is highly desirable. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands‑on attitude.
