Senior Strategic Projects Lead (Sr. SPL) Location: Bangalore, India — On-site (5 days in office) Terms: Experience: 5–10 years Salary (USD): $90,000 – $130,000 per annum About the role As Senior Strategic Projects Lead, you will be a portfolio owner at the heart of one of the fastest‑growing AI data businesses in history. Internally described as the CEO of your portfolio, you own end‑to‑end delivery, economics, and client relationships across multiple high‑stakes AI data projects. You will manage SPLs, Senior Delivery Managers, and delivery teams, partner directly with frontier AI lab researchers, and serve as the senior point of escalation across your accounts. Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end delivery, economics, and client outcomes across a portfolio of strategic AI data projects Manage and mentor SPLs, Senior Delivery Managers, and delivery teams across your portfolio Drive senior client stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations at the executive level Own P&L accountability for your portfolio — margin, utilization, and project health metrics Translate ambiguous researcher and customer requirements into clear project plans and operational workflows Own performance metrics: quality, throughput, SLAs, utilization, and margin Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve internal tooling for step‑function efficiency gains Build and scale delivery organizations; design processes that improve quality and throughput Serve as the senior point of escalation internally and externally across all accounts Candidate requirements 5–10 years in program management, strategy & operations, or senior delivery leadership Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial accountability in a prior role Proven track record building and scaling delivery organizations — not just managing projects Strong client‑facing presence with experience managing senior stakeholders and executive escalations Deep operational credibility across complex, multi‑team or multi‑vendor programs under pressure Background in management consulting (MBB/Big 4), investment banking, or high‑growth tech ops preferred Prior experience in AI data operations, ML ops, or technical services a strong plus Authorized to work in India long‑term; available to work on‑site in Bangalore #J-18808-Ljbffr AI Circle
