Heart of Chicago Homes is looking for motivated Buyer’s Agents who are ready to grow their business by working with serious buyer clients throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

This role is ideal for agents who want more appointments, more client-facing opportunities, and more support from a team that helps generate and schedule buyer appointments directly onto your calendar. Instead of spending all your time chasing leads, you can focus on what you do best: buyer consultations, showings, offers, negotiations, and closing transactions.

We are looking for agents who are hungry, coachable, responsive, and able to manage a strong volume of buyer opportunities. The right agent can take on as many buyer clients as they can skillfully handle while maintaining a high level of communication and client service.

You will be supported by a growing team with systems, backend support, and appointment-setting assistance designed to help you stay focused on revenue-producing activities.

• Work directly with buyer clients throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs
• Attend buyer consultations, showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and client appointments
• Guide buyers through the home search, offer, negotiation, contract, and closing process
• Follow up consistently with assigned buyer clients, scheduled appointments, and active prospects
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors
• Keep CRM notes, client updates, appointment outcomes, and deal progress organized and up to date
• Represent Heart of Chicago Homes professionally during all client interactions and field appointments
• Help convert scheduled buyer appointments into active clients, accepted offers, and closed transactions
• Provide a strong client experience by being responsive, prepared, and proactive throughout the buying process
• Support the team’s overall sales goals by staying organized, following systems, and maintaining consistent communication

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a licensed Illinois real estate agent who is professional, responsive, coachable, and motivated to grow with our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with buyers, attending appointments in the field, and helping clients move confidently through the home-buying process.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois real estate license is required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be comfortable working throughout Chicago neighborhoods and surrounding suburbs
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable handling buyer consultations, showings, inspections, and client appointments
• Able to manage multiple buyer clients at different stages of the buying process
• Responsive and available for buyer appointments, follow-ups, and urgent client needs
• Organized, coachable, dependable, and motivated to grow
• Prior buyer-side real estate experience preferred, but strong newer agents may be considered
