What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in a structured shift schedule, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient-centered neonatal care in a community-focused setting

What You Need
Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Georgia
• Prior neonatal or NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and management
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• Excellent communication skills
