You drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through your capabilities in multiple architecture domains.Job ResponsibilitiesRepresent a product family in technical governance bodies and propose improvements to architecture governance practicesRegularly provide technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendorsLeverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate architecture analysis and decisioning across the product family, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive dataGuide evaluation of current and new technologies using existing standards and frameworks, influencing peers and decision-makers to adopt leading-edge solutions where appropriateDrive decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processesDevelop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by othersServe as a function-wide subject matter expert and contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide software development lifecycle frameworks and practicesEstablish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across software development lifecycle and toolchain practices, ensuring traceability, auditability, resiliency, and security controlsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience6+ years hands-on practical experience delivering data architecture and reporting and analytics solutions with practical cloud-native experienceAdvanced in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes within one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile)Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment in architecture and engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivityAbility to evaluate and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise-grade architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirementsAbility to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversightAbility to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architectureStrong judgment and communication skills to influence technical direction across teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with domain modeling, understanding business process flows, client experience, and use casesAbility to partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions with a client experience focusProven experience designing solutions for data, reporting, and analytics based on client needs, API, and data integration architectureExperience defining data standards, governance, and best practices in compliance with regional and controls needs, including data retention policies that adhere to regional standardsExperience developing data warehouse and data lake architecture ensuring data quality and data management processes JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
