Compensation
- Targeted Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $75,000+ per year
- Commission Structure: Highly competitive 30% commission on closed deals.

Requirements
We are seeking high-performing, experienced, and self-driven sales professionals . Committed and motivated individuals who are new to sales are welcome also.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
- Ability to work in a competitive and performance driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the lawn care, pest control, or home service industries.
- Proven track record of success in closing deals (door-to-door or direct sales experience strongly preferred).
