Radiology Registered Nurse, RNSchedule: 32 hour per week, Monday-Friday Day ShiftDepartment: Radiology Pre and PostLocation: Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NCJob Responsibilities:Pre, intra, and post care given to patients undergoing neurovascular, peripheral vascular, and interventional proceduresPre, intra, and post care given to patients undergoing CT and Ultrasound patients undergoing invasive proceduresCardiolite Stress Test ProceduresCollaborates with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with current policies and procedures. IF RT(R): Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program resulting in certification OR graduate of an accredited Radiological Technologist Program and currently registered by ARRT. IF RN: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license.Experience: IF RT(R): Minimum of one year Cath Lab or Interventional Procedures required. IF RN: Minimum one year Critical Care, Cath Lab, or Interventional Procedures required.Licensure/certification/registration: IF RT(R): ARRT required. IF RN: state RN license required. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096.Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing.
