Pride Team Inc. is currently hiring dependable and safety-focused CDL-A OTR Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for professional drivers who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and are seeking a long-term opportunity with a company that values its drivers and supports their success.

As a member of the Pride Team Inc. fleet, you will transport freight on regional and nationwide routes while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Drivers are assigned newer equipment and have the support they need to stay productive and successful on the road.

Pay & Compensation

Starting pay of $0.50 CPM
Higher CPM available based on experience
Competitive earnings
Pay is negotiable for qualified drivers

OTR opportunities available
Dry Van and Reefer freight
Regional and nationwide lanes
Most freight is no-touch
