We are a family caring for our community.Duties and Responsibilities:Trains and supervises staff, prioritizes, and assigns work to ensure EVS services are delivered to all locations and departments in a professional, effective and timely manner. Monitors to ensure procedures are followed and quality and service standards are consistently met. Coordinates work with outside vendors as needed.Leads and maintains a customer service-oriented culture. Addresses questions and concerns and responds to special requests. Manages inquiries (in person, via phone or email) and resolves problems in a timely and effective manner.Coordinates staffing schedules and assignments. Develops schedules in accordance with applicable guidelines; ensures coverage for all shifts. Verifies and approves scheduling and timekeeping records in accordance with corporate policies.Builds and maintains effective working relationships.
