Production Associate – Carbon Breakout Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Use hand tools such as hammers and chisels to remove carbon buildup and separate molds from parts.
• Operate production equipment while following safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform inspections, record production data, and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following 5S practices and safety guidelines.
• Assist with additional production tasks and cross-training opportunities as needed.

Production Associate – Carbon Breakout Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, or hand tool experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable standing, bending, and completing repetitive production activities.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn new processes.
• Must have steel-toe shoes and be able to work safely in a hot, noisy industrial environment.
