Overview The firm is seeking entry-level candidates to join its New York office in the fall of 2027. Candidates should have an interest in one or more of the firm’s highly regarded practice groups, which include Capital Markets, Energy, Transportation and Infrastructure, Global Finance, Investment Funds, M&A and Private Equity (with specializations in Insurance and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation), Real Estate, and Restructuring. The firm is currently not seeking candidates interested in Tax, Litigation, or Regulatory and Enforcement roles. Successful candidates will have exceptional academic credentials and/or work experience, and a genuine interest in joining Sidley’s New York Office.
