Finance Analyst Location: Orlando, Florida

Overview We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to support financial management activities within sales operations and broader business functions. This role involves financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business performance and improve processes.

Work Details

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
• Standard workweek: 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales operations finance, including forecast consolidation and reporting
• Manage headcount and compensation reporting
• Develop and maintain order-entry and revenue forecasts
• Provide support for service-level agreement tracking and pricing analysis
• Partner with business teams to deliver financial insights and recommendations
• Perform cost center controlling and budgeting activities
• Assist with marketing-related financial planning and analysis
• Support operational finance processes such as purchasing, approval workflows, and invoice validation
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• Proven ability to apply financial expertise across multiple business areas
• Solid problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment
• Experience improving or optimizing financial processes
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
