Overview At J.P. Morgan Chase, we value client service, diversity, and a commitment to excellence. As a Private Client Investment Associate in our Wealth Management division, you will support advisors in delivering investment solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Support advisors by facilitating accurate and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades. Aid advisors in building and maintaining client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues, providing up‑to‑date information, and assisting with ongoing wealth planning, referral source management, and new lead generation. Assist in managing relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare timely and accurate performance reports. Actively engage in risk management, including Know Your Customer procedures, account reviews, and inquiries. Support business‑unit operational procedures and compliance requirements such as completing required forms and documentation. Prioritize daily work, track progress on current tasks, and consistently meet deadlines. Maintain and foster a positive team culture. Qualifications Valid and active Series 7 license required, or to be obtained within 60 days of employment. For registrations after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is required. Valid and active Series 66 (or equivalent 63/65) and life and health insurance license to be obtained within 60 days of starting the role. Benefits & Compensation Base pay ranges from $26.93 to $37.02 per hour. Eligible employees may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation in cash and/or forfeitable equity.
