Our organization, a well-established private practice located in Hammond, Louisiana, is on the lookout for a Family Medicine physician to join us in a long-term partnership opportunity . This position features a well-balanced model that includes both outpatient and inpatient care, robust support from the hospital, and a clear pathway to ownership.

Key Highlights:

• Guaranteed base salary of $300,000, supported by the hospital

• Four-day workweek in the clinic

• Combination of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities (approximately 70% outpatient, 30% inpatient)

• Manage around 20 to 23 patients per day in the clinic

• Assistance with student loans, relocation expenses, continuing medical education (CME), and malpractice coverage

• Opportunity for partnership or buy-in as soon as six months, with owner financing options available

Qualifications:

• Must be a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics specialist

• Board Certified or Board Eligible status required

• Comfortable providing both inpatient and outpatient care

• Must reside within a 30-minute commute to the hospital

• Commitment to a long-term position (minimum of 5 years)
