We take pride in our customer service, regulatory compliance, and team-oriented culture.Summary:We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of cannabis products while maintaining strict adherence to Nevada state regulations and company SOPs.Key Responsibilities:Safely deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and compliant mannerVerify customer identification and ensure all deliveries meet legal requirementsAlways follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs)Contact customers prior to delivery to review orders, confirm details, and offer additional items when appropriate (upselling/add-ons)Notify customers when you are on the route to provide accurate delivery timingHandle cash and electronic payments accuratelyMaintain delivery logs and required documentationProvide excellent customer service and represent the Green Dispensary brand professionallyEnsure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issuesCompliance & Training Requirements:Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with METRC regulations and tracking proceduresStay current with all required OSHA safety trainingMaintain proficiency in Dutchie POS system for order processing and accuracyUtilize Onfleet for routing, delivery tracking, and communicationAdhere to all state and local cannabis delivery laws and company compliance protocolsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry packages Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderValid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills, especially with customers over the phoneComfortable handling cash and operating within a highly regulated environmentAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPrior delivery or cannabis industry experience preferred, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage + tipsHealth & Dental Employee discountsOpportunities for growth within the company
