Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to join a growing warehouse operation in the Baytown area. This position is for a new facility, and initial training will be conducted at another warehouse location. The ideal candidate has previous shipping & receiving experience along with leadership experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Oversee inventory storage, documentation, and material movement Lead and support forklift operators and warehouse personnel Participate in loading, unloading, and staging of materials Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization Prepare reports and communicate through email and Microsoft Office Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations Support daily operations and assist management as needed Qualifications Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required Prior warehouse, production, or logistics leadership experience preferred Forklift experience required (must be able to pass forklift certification) Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 55–100 lbs. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Location: Baytown, TX Pay: $20/hr Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr Openwork
