Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, acuity-driven environment while adhering to travel compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients, including assessments, interventions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to patient emergencies, providing life-saving procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using Paragon charting system and adhere to facility protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all travel, licensure, and certification requirements throughout assignment.
• Precept new staff and support team training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Authorized to practice with a TN or compact license.
• Maintain valid travel compliance and be outside a 50-mile radius from the facility.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and emergency intervention skills.
• Able to work night shift 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
