Director of Nursing Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our skilled nursing home team at Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living in Sullivan, IL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes excellence and compassion.
