TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Rancho Mirage, California, 92270!

Job Title: Resource Pool Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Preferred certifications: PCCN, OCN Must-Have: Experience with cardiac drips. Strong telemetry skills. Experience in a teaching hospital preferred. Ability to float to various areas within the hospital. Description: Resource Pool RN needed for 3 x 12-hour night shifts. Travelers may be called off or placed on call once per pay period. If placed on call, there is a 60-minute callback requirement. Successful travel history is required. First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 10 years of experience in a teaching hospital. Traveler must be proficient in electronic health record systems. This unit supports various patient populations with diverse diagnoses, including cardiovascular disease, DM, and COPD. Ratios are approximately 1:4 to 1:5. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Candidates must have management experience with preferred experience in cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Nitro. Candidates must be able to interpret and manage dysrhythmias in real-time. Experience with central lines is required. Flexibility and teamwork are essential for supporting multiple units within the facility. Flu vaccination is required for all candidates, with exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to diverse patient care requirements.
