Compensation & Benefits $125,000-150,000 salary and annual bonus Full benefits package Company-supported training and certifications Paid time off and holidays Job Details The Safety Manager oversees safety programs across multiple multifamily construction sites, working closely with site leadership to maintain a proactive safety culture. Responsibilities Implement and enforce company safety programs Conduct site safety audits and training sessions Investigate incidents and manage corrective actions Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers Qualifications 5+ years of construction safety experience Multifamily or large commercial project background preferred OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications Strong communication and leadership skills Legal & Compliance Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
