In this role, you will support a large-scale Source-to-Pay transformation program by bridging business needs and technology solutions. You'll serve as the voice of the business, eliciting and documenting requirements, analyzing current-state processes, and partnering closely with product teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver high-value S2P capabilities. As the S2P Business Analyst, you will play a central role in translating business objectives into actionable solutions across sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable. Working within an agile environment, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivered solutions align with defined requirements and drive measurable improvements. Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for S2P processes including sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable.
• Develop user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide product and development teams.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies as the voice of the business.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions align with defined requirements.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of business analysis experience, preferably within S2P, procurement, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of S2P processes and systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar).
• Hands-on experience working within Scrum teams, including active participation in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Demonstrated ability to write well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in an agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with Scrum roles, artifacts, and events, with the ability to work effectively alongside a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications.
