- English and Spanish
Funciones Principales - Control de Asistencia: Registrar diariamente entradas, salidas, retardos y ausencias; gestionar reemplazos inmediatos para la línea de producción. - Reclutamiento: Coordinar la atracción de talento presencial (volanteo, ferias locales) y en línea (redes sociales, bolsas de trabajo). - Papeleo y Permisos: Recopilar expedientes de ingreso y verificar la elegibilidad y documentos legales de trabajo. - Atención al Personal: Servir de enlace entre la agencia, los trabajadores y la planta para resolver dudas e incidencias. Requisitos 1+ años de experiencia en supervisión on-site, reclutamiento operativo o agencia de staffing. Manejo básico de Excel / Google Sheets para reportes. Manejo de redes sociales y portales de empleo. Habilidad para resolver problemas en entornos de manufactura/fábrica.
