Restaurant Cook

We are currently seeking Cooks in all stations in the kitchen Major responsibilities include: Prepare lunch and/or dinners Follow all recipes and cooking procedures Be able to work in a fast pace kitchen and put out quality food Able to work well with other fellow employees Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply if needed Follow all sanitation guidelines to avoid any foodborne illnesses Become familiar with any new menu items/dishes Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required Experience with quantity food preparation preferred Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate ABle to work weekends and special holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
