Sewing Machine Operator

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay : $16–17/hour

We are seeking a dependable Sewing Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating sewing machinery, preparing materials, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards in a safe and efficient work environment.

• Operate sewing machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Read and follow daily production schedules and work instructions
• Prepare and organize raw materials for production
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Move materials to designated areas as needed
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or workplace hazards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or sewing machine experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, schedules, and safety procedures
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using hand tools and moving equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
