Job Order – Heat Treat Lead Position: Heat Treat Lead Department: Heat Treat Operations Location: Outdoor/Plant Environment Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00/hr Start Date: ASAP Job Summary The Heat Treat Lead will oversee daily operations within the Heat Treat Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processing of pipe and steel materials. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and hands‑on operational experience in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate heat‑treating activities including furnace operation, quenching, tempering, and cooling cycles Supervise heat‑treat operators and assign daily tasks Monitor equipment performance, temperatures, and production cycles Ensure all products meet quality and specification requirements Maintain safety standards and enforce proper PPE usage Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with maintenance Complete production logs, reports, and documentation Work outdoors and in high‑heat industrial environments Requirements Experience in heat treat, pipe manufacturing, or industrial operations Ability to work outdoors and in high‑temperature areas Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks Safety‑focused mindset Reliable and able to work overtime if needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Alltex Staffing & Personnel
