Landscaping Sales Representative

We are an highly established Landscape Construction company specializing in commercial, industrial, gated communities and shopping centers. Our ideal candidate should have sales experience specifically in landscape construction and have established relationships, and also be responsible to develop new and potential customers.Responsibilities:Target, prospect, and close commercial landscape construction projects and multi-year snow/ice management contractsCreate Proposals and RFP management.Coordinate closely with Office support and operations team.Knowledge of LMN software a plus, ability to interpret site plans, architectural drawings and RFP specifications.Valid, clean New York driver's license. A company vehicle will be provided for business use.Paid holiday time and vacation time. 3% commissions on existing and in house leads. 5% on outside leads.
