If you have spent time in retail, hospitality or food service, you already know how to read a room, handle questions on the spot and keep people coming back. Those skills translate directly into this role.
As a Business Associate you will work on-site in Oakbrook Terrace with a team focused on helping clients review and understand their benefit options. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with prospective clients
- Following up by phone, text and email to keep conversations moving forward
- Presenting plan options clearly so clients can make informed decisions
- Maintaining accurate records of every interaction and outcome
- Coordinating with team members to ensure every client receives timely support
No degree or prior insurance experience is required. You will receive hands-on training that covers products, systems and client communication from your first week. Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential.
