This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with parts sales, inventory management, and order fulfillment-ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment
• Assist retail customers and internal service teams with parts needs
• Locate and source parts not currently in inventory
• Process and track special orders accurately
• Maintain clear, timely communication with customers on order status
• Collaborate with Parts Manager and Service Team to ensure operational flow
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred (Ford experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts identification
• Ability to quickly assess needs and provide accurate solutions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
