Collections Analyst

Owning day-to-day collections for an assigned portfolio, the full-time Collections Analyst will manage customer accounts, process cash applications, and support accounts receivable reconciliation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Handle collections and dunning processes for customer accounts Process cash applications and assist with monthly accounts receivable reconciliation Manage customer communications regarding payment coordination and early termination fees Required qualifications Experience in customer payment and billing conversations, including sensitive topics Strong Excel skills with a focus on data review and account-level detail work Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
