Position Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender / Server to provide outstanding service, craft delicious drinks, and enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink offerings.

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine.

Deliver prompt and professional service, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.

Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments responsibly.

Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies to ensure responsible service.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Assist with side work, restocking, and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender or server preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.

Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus.

Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering a great guest experience.
