Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – FREDERICKSBURG (10002 Southpoint Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22407) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business. This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability.
