Customer Experience Director- Mid Atlantic

Role The Customer Experience Director oversees product availability, logistics, and customer relationships for radiopharmaceuticals across a specified region, ensuring optimal distribution and patient access. Responsibilities Managing daily dose supply Coordinating logistics with manufacturing facilities and logistics partners Monitoring performance metrics Acting as the key liaison among internal teams and customers to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Supply Chain teams, and proactively communicating and problem-solving to address delivery variations and logistic challenges Requirements Bachelor's degree in medical or business fields 10+ years of experience in biotech, pharma, or nuclear medicine, with 1-2 years in customer relationship management within radiopharmaceuticals Strong organizational, logistics, and communication skills Understanding of PET imaging, radiopharmacy operations, and regulatory compliance Preferred Experience leading teams Clinical or technical knowledge of PET/CT imaging Residence within the Mid-Atlantic region Reporting Position reports to the Senior Director of Customer Experience. Work Arrangement Operates primarily remotely with some travel.
