About the Role We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management within the yacht brokerage industry. You will own day-to-day marketing operations — from managing multi-platform listings and social media to coordinating major boat show campaigns and producing polished marketing materials. Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage social media content, monitor engagement, and oversee content production including video and event promotion. Compose and distribute weekly email campaigns covering new inventory, price reductions, and spotlights. Manage the company events calendar and lead all marketing efforts for major boat shows — including logistics, promotion, and printed materials. Design and produce branded materials including signage, event collateral, and print materials; coordinate vendor orders for printing, apparel, and merchandise. Track and report on campaign performance, coordinate with the website team to keep the site current, and handle monthly data and expense reporting. Must be comfortable working outside on and around boats during events, boat shows, and on-site photo and video shoots. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital content, or a related field Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools such as CapCut Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in the marine, boating, or luxury goods industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Overlook Marine Group LLC
