Senior In-House Counsel - Contracts & Risk

American Builders and Contractors Supply Co

ABC Supply, Beloit, WI, is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to manage a broad portfolio of commercial contracts. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while improving contract processes.

The ideal candidate has a JD, 10+ years of experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. This is an in-office, full-time role at ABC Supply's Beloit National Support Center.
