Great American Steakhouse is a small business in El Paso, TX. We are professional, agile and our goal is to give the local people a great experience both with food and service. We want our employees to grow with in our company.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in a professional kitchen, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment, and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and prepare food according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Ensure that all food is stored and handled properly.
• Prepare food in a timely manner.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding food preparation, presentation, and storage.

Work Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
