Description Overview: The Vendor Network Team is seeking highly motivated, customer-obsessed, and revenue-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. The role of the Enrollment Specialist is to provide proactive and exceptional customer assistance via telephone. This involves researching and verifying contact information, making outbound phone calls to ensure smooth processing of claims payments, updating contact information, and meticulously documenting results. Key Responsibilities: Independently manages a targeted list of customers for claims payment processing Responsible for making high volume outbound phone calls and meticulously tracking the results of each call Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets Update and maintain systems with accurate and timely information Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while delivering superior customer service Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the company's products and services Skills: Ability to follow oral and written instructions Capable of working independently with minimal supervision Customer Service obsessed Highly Detail oriented Thrives in a competitive, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment Salesforce experience is a plus Additional Requirements: This position may periodically require work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
