Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 2 years of experience in .NET, SQL, and UX technologiesAt least 2 years’ experience in working with Azure environmentHands on experience on technical application support using MS technologies.Trouble shooting and debugging the issues.Getting on sessions with users and walking through stepsHands on experience on Monitoring and responding to alerts:SQL Server monitoring.Web server monitoring.Platform monitoring.Transaction Monitoring.Web Servers monitoring (Azure experience preferred)Windows server health monitoringPatch ComplianceAttending to alertsExperience on Problem Management.Experience on reporting, Analytics, Live Site Focus. Tracking SLAsHands on experience on ticketing system like Service NOWExperience in Automation experience and power shell scripting Good communication skillsBasic project management knowledge\experience and trend analysisQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
