Job Summary

Flex nurse duties include assessing, planning, evaluating and implementing patient care in accordance with accepted standards of practice and organizational policy, administering medications and treatments, performing documentation and providing education to patients and families. Flex Nurses are assigned throughout the Branson Hospital and have varying schedules and unit assignments. The Flex Nurse maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge in order to care for a diverse group of patients. xaygatp This position qualifies for a float pay differential.Education:

Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Experience:

Required: one (1) year critical care or emergency room experience OR two (2) years medical/surgical experience

Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri

Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
