Notes: We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead a large-scale initiative focused on building and implementing a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform from the ground up.This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who has experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of an IAM platform, rather than simply managing IAM integrations within individual applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new IAM platformManage project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverablesPartner with technical and security teams throughout the full project lifecycleCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deliveryDrive project execution from initial planning through implementation and completionManage multiple workstreams within a large-scale IAM transformationEnsure projects remain aligned to business and technical objectivesRequired Qualifications:7–12 years of Project Management experienceProven experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of an IAM platformExperience building, implementing, or significantly transforming IAM environmentsStrong understanding of IAM concepts and technologiesExperience with technologies such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or other IAM/security platformsExperience with IAM, SSO, IdP, and/or IGAStrong infrastructure or cybersecurity background preferredExperience using project management tools such as ServiceNow and/or SmartsheetIdeal Background:Experience leading large-scale IAM or cybersecurity transformationsExperience implementing an IAM platform from the ground upStrong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teamsHighly driven, accountable, and results-orientedStrong ability to take ownership and see complex projects through to completionThis is an opportunity to play a major role in the buildout of an entirely new IAM platform from the ground up.
