Position Summary

As a Medication Technician, you will build strong relationships with residents while helping them stay safe and comfortable. You will be part of a supportive team that values your work and helps you grow. We offer flexible schedules, fast access to your pay, and free meals. What You'll Do

Administer and document medications under RN/LPN supervision
Provide attentive, quality care to residents
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Perform vital sign checks, including pulse and blood pressure
Maintain accurate records, supply levels, and medication orders
Support a safe, organized, and efficient unit environment
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Completion of Medication Administration training (required)
Medication Aide Certification preferred
Prior experience in long-term care or as a Medication Aide preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
Calm, professional response in fast-paced or emergencies
Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
